No. The Checkup is a one-time $250. If you want ongoing help afterward, we’ll talk about it then. If not, you keep your action plan and that’s it.
What if we have more than 3 computers?+
The $250 covers up to 3. Each extra computer is $50. Tell us how many you have when you book and we’ll confirm the total up front, before we start. No surprises on the invoice.
Do you work on Macs?+
Yes. Windows and Mac, or a mix of both.
What happens if you find a bigger problem?+
We’ll explain it in plain English, tell you how urgent it is, and give you options. Nothing gets done beyond the Checkup without your OK.
Will this disrupt the office?+
We work around your team. Most offices keep working while we go machine by machine.
Do I have to be technical?+
No. That’s the whole point. The action plan is written for business owners, not IT people.
What do I need to have ready?+
Access to the computers and whoever knows the main logins. If nobody knows the logins, that’s useful information too.
